Yuanlin market

Fish don't come much fresher than at this stall in Yuanlin Market. Yesterday the ladies above were kept very busy catching the fish as they literally jumped out of the boxes. I was so impressed that I stopped and bought a grey mullet which thankfully had already expired. I may well have bought a super fresh fish but they looked like carp which is one of the few fish I dislike and the thought of my shopping wriggling about on the bus was also rather off putting. The mullet was excellent along with fresh prawns done in garlic and olive oil.
