Lunch
If ever there was a sign that a certain food should be eaten, it must be when prawns are cooked. They turn from that dirty grey colour into a beautiful and appetizing pink. A pasta lunch with fresh prawns from Yuanlin market.
Recipe:
- Gently fry finely chopped onions, carrots and celery
- Fry fresh prawns with garlic in olive oil
- Cook pasta - al dente
- Boil broccoli for a few minutes
- Add everything together (peel prawns) and mix with cream and grated cheese
