Sun Moon Lake

Sun Moon lake pier. Somewhere through the cloud and mist Sun Moon lake lurks.

Hsiangshan district and nearby is the main visitors centre designed by Norihiko Dan, which is a masterpiece of concrete architecture if concrete is your thing. Sadly it is badly positioned, which does not do Sun Moon Lake justice. A strange decision for a visitors centre but the building is well worth a visit.
