Green insect

A large green insect drinks rainwater from recently soaked paprika leaves in the vegetable garden. The small garden produced an abundance of fruits and vegetables. Paprikas, tomatoes and cucumber were the most successful but snails often got in early. This 'preying mantis-like' creature seemed happy just drinking.

In fact it probably is a Preying Mantis which is good news as they are good for the garden.
